1 Year Anniversary of Plan BŪ Over-the-Counter
On August 24, 2006, the FDA approved Plan BŪ for sale without prescription.
If you are 18 or older, you can get EC from most drug stores without a prescription.

Report: Access to EC at MA Hospitals
All MA hospitals now offer EC to rape survivors, but 14% still have serious restrictions that may be in violation of the law, according to a NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts survey.
